Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SORA ("we", "us", or "our"), including the SORA mobile and web application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of anyone else without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users, or post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its content without our written consent.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service, such as itineraries, photos, notes, and messages ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including sharing it with the trip members and invitees you choose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.

Trips you choose to share publicly (for example, to the SORA community) may be viewed, saved, or re-created by other users in accordance with the sharing settings you select. You may change or revoke these settings at any time, but content already copied by others may remain outside our control.

The Service is currently offered as an early-access (beta) product, and features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel plans, bookings, prices, weather, and other trip details in the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect other users or the Service.
